The educational system

the educational system includes the formal education

that is taught within a sequence regular sessions,

with progression in content, graduates of a few periods others,

and the non-formal education and the formal education.

Preschool education in Mexico is governed by the Constitution of the States Mexico and the General Education Act (1993), where he is declared free. This Law states that the preschool level, together with the primary and secondary schools, is part of the basic education which together cover a period of ten years of schooling (one of preschool, six elementary and three secondary). However, preschool education is is "not binding" as a requirement for entry to primary education.
